Sparrow Multi-Core Netbook Processor

ARM, a mobile CPU manufacturer has launched the latest Sparrow multi-core processor that specially made for netbooks and mobile phones. It is based on A8 processors and Cortex A9 multi-core architecture that powers mobile devices such as Palm Pre. The next generation of iPhone is expected to utilize Sparrow dual-core processor which boost its performance up to three time than it is currently is. Netbook and mobile phones that powered by Sparrow processor are expected to hit the shelves next year (2009).
